PRESS RELEASE - Lori Schindler Appointed to our Board of Directors

The Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce has appointed Lori Schindler to our Board of Directors effective immediately. As Membership Director, Schindler is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts to obtain new members and retain existing members. In addition, this role provides strategic direction to strengthen our Chamber as well as our local business community. Schindler will represent our community at Chamber of Commerce meetings throughout Orange County as well as other events. The Membership Director is instrumental in annual planning efforts in coordination with the other functions of our Chamber.  The position reports directly to Moby Young, Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce President.

As a Chamber, we are excited to have her represent Ladera Ranch and Rancho Mission Viejo.”

Schindler is the Founder of the Ladera Rancho Professional Network Group and runs her own small business as a Human Capital Search Partner for Fortune 500 corporations, mid-market companies and start ups. Schindler has been an active Ladera Ranch resident for more than eight years. She has participated in Share the Love Ladera community efforts, served as a Ladera Ranch Elementary School volunteer and as a member of the Junior League of Orange County, San Diego and Sioux City, IA.

She is an Iowa native, was relocated to San Diego for Gateway computers and eventually moved to Orange County for VIZIO, America’s No.1 TV company. She has 20 years of experience in Corporate Marketing Communications and Human Resources. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Human Relations from the University of Iowa. She earned her HR Certification from UCSD in San Diego. Her two children attend Ladera Ranch schools and are active in sports, art and theater. Her sense of community comes from growing up in a small town in the Midwest where neighbors help neighbors.
